As this is a special event no discounts, Groupons, or promotions of any kind can be used on this event. Also, due to the extra preparation time, NO REFUNDS will be given.
Please Note: This is a specialized painting of YOUR pet. Only 1 pet per painting allowed. Once you have purchased your ticket please send us a VERY clear, well-lit photograph in a JPEG format via email along with your full name and order number to: [email protected] We will sketch your pet directly on your canvas for you, ready for you to paint when your arrive. It maybe be necessary for the image to be altered to fit the canvas.
We do accept beginners however this is a more difficult painting than one done at our normal Paint Parties. General painting experience would be helpful.
This event start 1/2 hour earlier than a normal paint party event. This event is a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 4 hours. Please allow plenty of time for your painting.
DEADLINE: Please note as we must allow time for our artist to sketch we ask that you mail your pet photograph within a week of signing up or no later than January 22. If your photograph is not in to us by that date we will not be able to sketch your pet and you will forfeit your ticket.
Event Info: Your admission includes everything needed to recreate the featured painting -- aprons, easels, paints, brushes, step-by-step instruction from local professional artist and a 16" x 20" gallery wrapped canvas to take home! We do the set up and the cleanup. No stress for you. We just ask that you arrive early so that you can select your seat. If you are in a large group the earlier the better. This will give you time to get your drinks and any food you might like.

Cancellation Policy: Unfortunately due to the one of a kind nature of this Paint Event we will not be able to accept any cancellations or rescheduling or any kind.
Confirmation: There is no need to print tickets or paperwork, once you have registered your booking is confirmed. You just need to arrive. Closer to the event time we will also email you more information about the class and the venue.
Giving Back: Winnipeg Art and Wine believes in giving back to our community and have a donation program in place on our website. We donate funds directly to the Health Science Centre Foundation. If you wish to donate you can do so by selecting the drop down button when your purchase tickets. Art and Wine will match your donation dollar for dollars - this will double your donation efforts.
