Please Note: This is a specialized Pop painting of YOURSELF, family member or favorite person. Once you have purchased your ticket we will email you information on how you should select your photograph for your class.
This event is a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 4 hours. Please allow plenty of time for your painting.
As this is a special event no discounts, coupons or promotions of any kind can be used on this event. Also, due to the extra preparation time, NO REFUNDS will be given.
Event Info: No need to worry about matching hair or skin colors in this fun class, we are going for the pop-art look. Your admission includes everything needed to recreate the featured painting -- aprons, easels, paints, brushes, step-by-step instruction from local professional artist and a 16" x 20" gallery wrapped canvas to take home! We do the set up and the cleanup.
Image Requirements: THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF YOUR PORTRAIT PAINTING IS SELECTING THE RIGHT IMAGE. We are unable to work with small images, blurry images, dark images, or images that don't show enough detail. We are looking for high resolution and high quality images only. We have the right to refuse an image. After reading the emailed information then send us a VERY clear, well-lit photograph in a JPEG format via email along with your full name and order number to: [email protected] We will sketch your portrait directly on your canvas for you, ready for you to paint when your arrive. It maybe be necessary for the image to be altered to fit the canvas. Only 1 person per painting allowed.
Please note as we must allow time for our artist to sketch we ask that you mail your photograph within a week of signing up or no later than March 17. If your photograph is not in to us by that date we will not be able to sketch your pet and you will forfeit your ticket.
Food & Drink: There is no beverages or food available for purchase at this venue as it is our Studio space however we will be offering free coffee, juice and muffins. You are also more than welcome to bring your own food or drinks or to order in and have delivered to the venue.
Cancellation Policy: Unfortunately due to the one of a kind nature of this Paint Event we will not be able to accept any cancellations or rescheduling or any kind. Submitting a late image of your person may also result in forfeiting your ticket for this event. No exceptions.
Confirmation: There is no need to print tickets or paperwork, once you have registered your booking is confirmed. You just need to arrive. Closer to the event time we will also email you more information about the class and the venue.
